Programs of study
Each program is taught in small seminar groups and examined by sitting practitioners. They may be taken individually or in sequence over consecutive terms.
Program I

The discipline of the modern boardroom — drafting, negotiating and litigating the agreements that shape commercial life.
Program III
The craft of the courtroom — opening, examining, cross-examining and closing, with rhetoric and procedure given equal weight.
Program IV
From the Law of the Sea to the Hague — a serious introduction to public international law, its sources, institutions and present discontents.
Program V
A rigorous study of human rights protection at the domestic, regional and international level — Convention rights, asylum, equality and remedy.
Program VI
The law of the intangible — protecting authorship, invention and brand across patents, copyright, trademarks and trade secrets.
